Looking for a broker that I can legally sell.

I have a bunch of Windows related stuff I want to try and sell. I would like to be able to make some money from a decade of Windows related research as traditional routes such as submitting to MSRC have become a non-Option for me.

In addition, something I have been wanting to do for a few years now, ever since finding bugs in OpenSsl, is an audit of BoringSsl. If someone can get me in contact with someone from Google who can give me garantuees that I will get paid for submissions and I'm not on a sanctions list...then please reach out. I may have a look at that code regardless either way, but having those guarantees that I can go somewhere with bugs I find would be great.
